Accord Development Initiative has successfully conducted a capacity building training on conflict management for host communities, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and returnees.

The training encompassed a comprehensive exploration of conflict dynamics, root causes, and effective resolution strategies. Participants actively engaged in mediation and negotiation role-plays, while also drawing on local peacebuilding traditions and indigenous conflict resolution mechanisms to foster sustainable solutions.
